BUT, true to my children's personalities, they listened to what you had to say, considered it briefly, and proceeded to make their own decisions.
Mr. B. picked his favorite pug t-shirt (which to his credit, WAS one of his original options). Miss Monkey, on the other hand, went for something totally different. In fact, she chose something that wasn't even in her top 6 outfits a week ago. But that is my little girl, once she gets something in her mind, it's very hard to change it.
But more importantly, they both had wonderfully fantastic first days (despite Mr. B's morning bus being late which caused him to be late for first period). It looks like this school year is off to a great start (and this proud momma is able to exhale a huge breathe of relief.)

Oh, so fun! Miss Monkey looks as cute as can be while Mr. B looks very cool. Glad to hear things went well! Only XXX more days of school to go!
They didn't need us at all! They look great!
They look very cute! I might have picked Miss Monkey's current outfit! The scarf takes it over the top...very fashionable...and I'd love to find one of those PUG t-shirts!
Excellent fashion sense from both of them.
Glad to hear that their first days went so well. And they both looked great!
