Another Cast

Mr. B got another cast on his arm Monday evening. This one is dark royal blue and waterproof (we learned they're much easier to care for when he got one the last time). He should have it one for three weeks. However, it's going to be four weeks because his doctor is off on Memorial Day and isn't available until the following week. I haven't told Mr. B this yet, as it will cause all kinds of pouting I'm sure. Luckily his cast will be off before his school's field day.

It's been a pretty busy week with casting on Monday, mowing on Tuesday, mother's day shopping on Wednesday. Tonight we'll be getting ready for the Wood's visit this weekend (they arrive Friday evening). We're looking forward to seeing Ron and Carol as we haven't seen them since Christmas. I think Ron will be buying Miss Monkey a new bike (like he did when Mr. B learned to ride last year). However, he won't let her ride it until she can ride her current bike without training wheels. Hopefully the thought of the new bike will be all the incentive she needs.
