There's not been a lot happening out of the ordinary lately. The kids are back in the swing of things after two weeks of school. Mr. B is enjoying soccer and Miss Monkey can't wait until she actually gets homework every night (hopefully beginning next week).
The only thing out of the "norm" is that Mike worked from home last week. It was such a relief to be able to share some of the nightly parenting duties with him. It's amazing the difference in the kids response time with Mike tells them something or when he says to "listen to your mother." Tonight he was able to go with me to Miss Monkey's parent orientation night at the school.
Hopefully he'll be able to work from home more frequently (it even has motivated him to finish the study...a room that we've been working on and off for more than a year)!
